College Prep 101: Steps to Transitioning to College
This engaging workshop teaches participants the critical steps to completing their college applications. Participants create an application tracker to guide their progress and gain valuable insights on identifying colleges, essay writing, gathering recommendation letters, and mastering online application tools like the Common Application. Participants also learn about financial aid & scholarship applications and best practices for transitioning once admitted.

In this workshop, participants learn tools and strategies to manage the social and academic demands of college life. This workshop shows participants how to:

Pathways to Belonging in College
This workshop can be tailored to students and educators. During this workshop, participants reflect on how identity and sense of belonging impact academic and career success. Students participating in this workshop reflect on their developmental needs and learn how to utilize academic and career resources to build their sense of belonging. Educators who participate in this workshop learn about the student experience of developing belonging and how to promote belonging for students they support.

How to Create an Effective Resume and CV
This hands-on workshop will give participants tips and tools to craft a resume or CV that effectively highlights their skills, experiences, and accomplishments. Learn how to create a competitive resume and tailor application materials to different job opportunities. Participants can also create and refine their resumes with guidance and feedback from the coach, ensuring they leave the workshop with polished resumes.
Write a Strong Cover Letter
This workshop teaches participants how to craft a cover letter that effectively showcases their skills and achievements for a desired job. Participants also gain valuable insight into techniques and feedback to enhance their cover letter.
Interview Prep: Sell Yourself in Interviews
This workshop equips participants with skills and strategies to confidently navigate interview scenarios, master common interview questions, and learn proper interview etiquette.
Applicant’s Guide to Graduate School
This workshop guides participants through the graduate school application process, from program selection to writing impactful personal statements and securing funding. Participants create a graduate application tracker that guides them in successfully completing each phase of graduate admission.
